Not to hijack your thread but if anyone in NE Texas wants some deer meat on ice quartered up shoot me a pm. As of today I have 2 on ice but that number will go up and down as guys want some and family lays them down this week/end. Quarters, back straps, tenderloin etc. complete deer with nothing removed other than some neck meat for some freaky meal a cousin wanted to make.
