Hunted this weekend, saw a lot of deer, but were not able to stick one.

I go about 2-3 times a week. You really need to brush up good and play the wind. It's a great place to hunt, very rugged and very tough to hunt.

Talked to a park ranger this weekend, he said the population is up to about 500 in area 5. Though the deer are moving very good. My friend and I have had deer all around us the past two mornings. A good 10 pt. and a 6 came in this morning at about 7:30. The 10 busted my buddy at full draw at 11 yards, 30 minutes later a young 8 and 3 does came in. The 8 **** near ran my buddy over but saw him when he was only about 6 yards away.
