First hiccup in joberg Airport. I was told I had to claim my two bags and recheck in for my flight to Zambia. Well, my bag and bowcase never came on the conveyor belt.[emoji15] I left to sort things out with the help of a young lady who works here. Airlink Airline claims they will be on my flight......at this point it is sketchy at best!!!. Then, I had to go back thru the checkpoints and unload my backpack and carry on. What a mess. All small in the big scheme but the drama was unwarranted at best. I have 4 hours until boarding.....hopefully the sorting works out.[emoji849] Oh, the lounge is not open at this time of the morning due to COVID-19 changes......ouch!!!

Whew, I agree Steve but this time everything made it safe. At Zambia Airport my ph rifle went thru in 45 seconds but my bow took about 45 minutes. Guess it was all new to them....we were scared to ask why they were asking so many questions and having me fill out so many forms that truly did not apply. All good with the charter flight and we landed to kids running down the dirt runway. They sang 2 songs and asked a few Questions. I truly look forward to delivering the supplies to the clinic and the school later this week.
I have seen in only 3 hours in daylight at camp 40 elephants, 30 baboons, 40 Puku, 5 bush buck, 15 impala, 30 hippo and 5 crocodile. This is totally incredible out here!!![emoji2962]
