It was somewhat uncomfortable, but I knew the deal before I told my buddies I was in. The toughest part for me was, no showers, just baby wipe baths for 12 days and sleeping on a cot.

Being completely disconnected from phones, TVs and any other modern luxury item was fine. I found I actually slept better there than I do at home. I guess it was worry free.

Yes, it was a great time. Rough but fun and exciting.
