My son has never seemed too interested in hunting. Last month he asked me when hunting season stated because he wanted to try to kill a deer. That was music to my ears.
He wasn't able to hunt until yesterday, but on his first hunt he was able to stick a doe with the XBow. No tracking needed as it fell within sight. He was excited and I was proud.
We waited 30 minutes to see if any other deer would cooperate and hit the hand corn because he wanted to try to double up. The rest of the deer filtered out of the field, so we made our way to his first deer and got some photos.
