Back and legs supersets to play catch up from missing yesterday. 4x8-10 and slowing down the concentric and eccentric movements drastically. It took me an hour and a half to get it done, but I got 'er done.

Low row v-bar/back squat
Pullups/super squat/weighted standing calf raise
Shoulders and finished off legs today from yesterday. Supersets.
DB shoulder press/deadlift/incline situp
Seated DG lateral raise/prone leg curl/cable rotations
Rear delt cable pull/standing weighted calf raise
Cable front raise/hanging leg raise
Giant sets today to make up for lost time. Chest , biceps and triceps with abs thrown in. 4X10 and slowed down both the concentric and eccentric movements.
Bench press/preacher curl/cable pushdown/incline sit up
Incline bench press on smith machine/BB curl/single arm cable pulldown/seated crunch
Inverse grip bench press/hammer curl/overhead rope extension
Overhead cable curls/hanging leg raise
Pull day in the AM if my sleep allows it. Last 3 days have brutal. Wake up feeling like I slammed a bottle of Jack and little to no drinking occurred the nights before
