Clearing out the freezer for the upcoming season. Cooked a well-seasoned 2-3 lb roast down in a slow cooker all day with onion and Dr Pepper. Then stuffed into a baked sweet potato and topped with sautéed onions and red bell pepper Lastly drizzled with some peppercorn ranch and served with some el cheapo coleslaw. Tasty!!!
