It's supposed to slam into the hide and knock them over, so you can run in and choke em out.

I think everybody who sees that broadhead kinda squints at it and wonders why the manufacturer would add a "penetration prevention device" to an otherwise decent looking broadhead.

Is that like a Chasity belt?
