      Sweet and sour venison-Season tenderized backstrap stew sized chunks, or deer steak chunks, as you desire (salt, pepper, garlic) and brown in a frying pan with the seasoning and at least one stick of butter or stirfry. Stir in equal amounts of diced green peppers and drained pineapple chunks after meat has browned (you can add a little flour if you want). After it's all mixed and cooked for about 20 minutes, pour over a bed of rice.
