    Rice Dressing (Cajun)

Here's a recipe for rice dressing. This is my favorite holiday food! Just cooked a batch for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Trust me it's good.

    Ingredients
2 cups chopped liver- (duck or chicken)
    Half link andouille for flavor
1lb ground meat( I used venison)
    2 white onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 celery stalk
    Some green onions
    Garlic 3tbsp
    2 cups beef broth
    1cup beer (Busch Light)
    2 cups rice
    Cast iron or magnalite

    Process-
Brown sausage and liver, then remove
Cook trinity and garlic, add in green onions, then remove
Cook ground meat add cajun seasonings
Once meat is cooked add back in everything else and the rice.
Stir the rice until its coated good and mixed.
Add in the beef broth and beer and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until rice is cooked. Fluff and serve.

Oh yeah! I definitely heat it up, used ragin blaze, cayenne, and some cajun power smoked jalapeno to bring it to life.

Let me know how you like it!

I love that stuff but I’ve never made it myself - may have to give this a try
