iPhone issue and the Green Screen?

Ever since I loaded the latest update (which I hate) every time someone posts a link to a video all that shows up on my phone is a blank green screen.
Any ideas on how I might fix this?

I don’t know how to fix it but I know how to see it. I get the same thing but if I hit Quote, the link shows up in the quote.
