What can I do about water turkeys in my pond?

I know I can’t kill them, but is there a way to run them off? It seems like there’s always at least one, eating my perch.

In some circumstances water turkeys are legal to shoot. I think if you are a commercial fish grower (and I’m sure on my pond) they are not protected.

I’d shoot every one of em. There is a “fishing lake” at the public park in Katy. They stock it several times a year. I’ve seen as many as 30-40 cormorants there. Ridiculous.
