Spring Creek BBQ Tyler, Tx pretty terrible. Last time I ate there the brisket had lots of fat & was rubbery. Dry & tough. Only reason we went was we had a gift card.

Yes, they are. They only exist so Yankees can eat there, get indigestion, and go back north where they belong. Oh….and Kalifornys too.

Anyplace that pours bad BBQ sauce all over everything, Big Daddy's, Spring Creek, Red River, Harris Co. Smokehouse, Dickeys, Coopers in Katy. Also, most neighbors with a Pellet Grill/Weber kettle, or an oven and a bottle of liquid smoke.
