Anyone ever replaced boat carpet with Rhino liner?

i have a old bass boat with rotten carpet and a friend suggested Rhino liner.
I'm thinking it may not be a bad idea.

At one time i sprayed a liner like line x called Vortex liner and did a few boats. All the customers had positive feed back although i thought it might be a little slippery when wet.

There are similar coatings that are manufactured to compete with rhino liner you might consider as opposed to rhino liner. There are liners that have more of a "rubber" type feel, texture and strech that you might consider versus rhino liner.

You do not see it put in boats very often from what I’ve seen.

Hydro turf and safefloor are better options but usually more expensive.

Yes Sir the Sea Deck is really nice.
My problem is it's worth more than the boat.

I did my bluewave with Durabak marine paint and it has been great. Not slippery and holds up well to the elements. If you do all the prep right it will last a long time. I also had the hatches and front done by Safe-floor 3 years ago and it is an awesome product but a bit more expensive.

We put sea deck in the floor of my buddies offshore boat and I hate it...when it gets blood on it u gotta scrub the heck out of it like carpet in the house...there are spots comming up in corners we keep having to glue down and even a couple tears in it from the propane grille riding on it that we cook dinner on during over night trips...I wouldn't recommend it.....

I put regular boat, rubber back carpet.
It wasn't expensive really... About $300.....
It turned out, pretty nice I think...Made my old girl, look as good
as she could............
Blood and dirt just rinse off... And it stays cool,.............

if you go with something other than carpet go with safefloor never do a bedliner it will be horrible

If you like to go barefoot on a boat like i do sometimes Rhino Liner and such with eat for feet up. I would go with SeaDek type product
