Mexico. I switched from VooDoo to Marker 54. They also make one for a popping cork called a Jerk Shrimp.

Marker 54 owner (Joshua) is a good guy. His shrimp falls feet first like a real one does. Also infused with Procure. And they catch em.

Nice work on the reds Mexico. Electrical problems on my RV in Sargent kept me busy this weekend. The joys of owning property lol.

Iíve spent a pile of money on Marker 54 shrimp, and I donít know if Iíve ever caught a fish on them. Not even when the trout are busting shrimp under the lights. I had the same luck with Voodoo. Lol

Staying on them! Awesome!

I went yesterday morning, seemed like I was a little early as the tide wasn't dumping that hard yet. Bite wasn't near as aggressive but still managed to pick up 2 limits of reds, and 2 flatties. Didn't have my stringer on my wade so released all. That SW wind was kicking, and that forecast looks as if that my be my last trip for a while.

Quick evening trip to East Galveston Bay after picking up my boy from school. He reeled in a nice 21 inch slot and my wife got her a nice 24 inch chunky slot.

Do they spin when you cast them? The one I tried was helicopter, twisting up my line. It was the hard plastic version.

My guess is porpoises. We picked her up in an area that is overrun with them. Typically when we get into a biting school, the dolphins are right there chasing them up to the boat, and waiting for them to be thrown back in to scoop them up. They weren't around Sunday, so this one had a good chance to swim free.

Kid came in town and his first gigging trip this morning. Windy and dirty but scratched out a few. Kicked a bunch. No door mat fish but enough for him to have a meal or three

Awesome box Sir!

Iíve been fishing a few times in the last few weeks. Havenít been able to get out of the dinkís. Have fished a few different spots, but have been catching nothing but dinkís.

Took the kayak out with the wife, and tried my hardest to catch some redfish. Caught small flounder, dinkís , and Gaftopís on Topwater. No Dang redfish.

Picked my my niece and nephew last weekend and tried putting them on some fish. Nope, more dinkís. They did have a blast though.
