I was 222.8 when I got home from our draw hunt at Fairfield State Park on 1/3. Weighed in this morning at 213.8.

How's everyone doing ? So far I'm only down 1lb from last weigh in, been working out and bike riding I'm seeing results and looking thinner but not dropping weight.

How many of y’all are only weighing on sundays?

I was down to 212, but am back to 216… seems like on any given day I’m +\- 5 lbs! I know it’s not a huge swing but It’s frustrating

I'm hanging in about the same over here. I think I'm eating more since I got my braces off and I've been eating a lot that I couldn't eat before such as chips and dip.

Try and stay consistent on when you weigh in. First thing in the AM before food and what not. I can weigh myself on a Friday morning and be pumped at the number and then Monday morning after a subpar weekend be ******.

Yep I only weigh myself first thing in the morning when I get out of bed.

This right here. I wake up, go pee and then step on the scale. I’ll weigh 4-5 lbs heavier in the afternoon after eating and drinking water throughout the day. Your initial weigh in should have been done in the evening.

199 this morning only lost 1 lbs past 2 weeks. Frustrating I've been dieting and working out I can see a difference and so can the wife I look thinner and clothes are fitting better just not much on the weight loss

But I did some serious damage to my shoulder/neck and can't hardly even walk on treadmill, much less my regular workout.

Lets see if I can get Tapatalk to work. I am still hoovering around 192 still so no change from the last weigh in for me even though I strung out 11/13 days in the gym because of a few bad days drinking and eating. I am in much better shape now compared to the start of the month though!

Down 13.6 total. I was down a little bit more last week, and to reward myself I ate 3 pieces of pizza and 2 little Debbie cupcakes and gained 4.5lbs overnight. Not doing anything like that again til I'm below 190

I am a day early but weighted in at 186 after my lunch workout (I phone 13 Pro Max weighs 9oz and tipped the scale so I am not letting that take away from my gains!)



I do not have any more hunting trips that will involve crappy eating for a weekend so I am excited to see my progress over the next 30-45 days!

I'm stuck on a plateau. I haven't lost anything in about 10 days. Losses should start stacking up again once I push through the lull.

My bathroom scale said I was 189 today….. problem is I was 206.7 yesterday. So no pic until I replace scale, but weighing in with the 206.7 from yesterday puts me at 15 down so far.

I will be the first to say I am not looking forward to weighing in this weekend.... Haven't gone off the rails but I have hit a huge plateau the last 7-10 days just hoovering around 187-189.... Really thought I had been in a overall solid calorie deficit but may have to start tracking differently.

Hell I've gained a little bit of weight since last time. I'm gonna play til the end but I don't see myself losing much more. I've been working out a lot and have put a few lbs of muscle on I want to be in good shape at around 200lbs
