Media Blasting a 124 year old house

Anybody on the GS have any experience or recommendations? Need to remove paint and get house prepped for exterior paint but don't want to hire 4 to 5 people for 2 weeks to complete the job. Feel free to chime in with any suggestion, comments, pros, cons, pricing, etc......Have a great week!!!

Is the house metal, and is it lead based paint? Hard to believe permits wouldnt have to be pulled on something that old.
