Y'all know of anyone looking for a spot on a lease in Push? We have an opening on ours. 450 or so Acres, primitive camping available or Rattan landing is close if you have a camper. We camp or stay at a hotel in Antlers. PM me if you have any questions.

Just south of clayton a few miles. Our 3rd year here now. Should be another good year. Curious to see what the acorn crop will do this year after they were non existent last year.

Ya something about that Clayton area bears are horrible. Should be good acorn crop, as I’m sure you know we have had plenty of rain over last year

Couple more. First time seeing a hog and a deer in the same picture. That’s a big piggy.

We did a short trip three weekends ago and got camp cleaned up and some cameras out. Also met with the dozer guy who is going to put a new road in for us. We are scheduled for 9-14 for work weekend and will pull the first round of cards then.

On another note I leased a dove hunting spot from an outfitter here in Dallas and apparently he leased up a bunch of land In between one creek and 271 with intentions of running whitetail and bear hunts out of it. I found out after he offered me a SE OK bear hunt. Conversation started and we figured out we are neighbors. The bad is that his place borders mine. The good is that he has no idea what he is doing up there thinking he can successfully run a guide business in this area. The hunting is tough and these deer are not going to come to feeders like he anticipates. He is a nice guy but I’m not fond of them so close. I foresee issues.

Looking forward to posting some photos of giants. Keep the game cam photos coming guys.

Another old heavy brisket push county deer on cam. Got the age just lacking on the horn.

Season is almost here and I feel like I am so far behind getting work done. After the holiday weekend going to try to go up once a week until season to get work done. Not sure if that will actually happen. One can hope.

Wish I had more pics to share of good deer. Got one on camera over the past few weeks. Looks like the pigs have taken over our lease again. When they do the deer numbers go down.

This is why we suspend our feeders between 2 trees but we also don't turn the feeders on until September because of our massive bear population.

Gonna see how this setup works. Last guy that had one on the lease had no issues.
