Jacksons in Crosby for the last 12-13 years. If you get boudin from Jackson's it is zummos. He has something worked out with them on boudin. That's coming from the man himself. Friendly service and great packaging is why I go back.

Side note that for Smitty’s, you have to wait until Feb-March to drop off if you want boudin. They don’t process into boudin during deer season.

I haven’t tried their boudin but J&A Processing has it on their price list for $100/30 pound batch. Located on I-45 in The Woodlands.

I really like Jackson’s in Crosby.

I used to use b&w but all they do is sausage and take for ever. Last time I used I dropped off 2 deer, just felt light when I got the sausage back and never went back.

I used Jackson’s 6 years ago and what I got felt very light. Never went back...

I have used Zummo’s twice since and been very happy. Dropped off and picked up at Mims meat warehouse. No problems.

Started doing my own a few years ago. Haven’t tried boudin yet...

Smitty's in tomball off of mahaffey rd. Blake makes a great boudin. I bring him wild hog and get into hot boudin that'll knock your socks off. And I am from Louisiana and have multiple vowels in my last name for credit. Good luck sir
