Default Who's feeling it now with this cold front?

I know it's at least a month away from getting good but man this cold front just made it feel official. Let's get ready to rumble.

One of my favorite days of the year occurred this morning - when I walk down the driveway at 5:30 to fetch the paper and there is finally a slight chill in the air. Summer is over! It only takes temperatures in the mid 50s to get my neck swole.

Was up in a tree at 6:15 this morning. Never saw a thing, but a beautiful sunrise and my BREATH!! What a great feeling to have been in God's Country on a crisp, cool morning!

Yessir! Walking to the truck this morning, and thought summer is over. Not the hot temps all together, but summer.

Can't wait to get outta work tomorrow afternoon and enjoy the changing weather. Even if it's not perfect, it's certainly better than a couple weeks ago.

Funny to read this thread because every where I went today people were saying how beautiful a day it was and just generally in a good mood because of the weather.

Was all excited to see lows in the 40s in Livingston this weekend... Told several people and realized the forecast I was looking at was for Livingston, New Jersey! Still though, I'll take lows in the 60s Lol

62 at the office in Tomball right now. Lows of about 70 all weekend with the next front coming through on Monday. Expecting some early rain (of course) with HIGHs in the low 60s

I do not. I am fortunate enough to have some space at the office. Work for a cable/electrical contractor and we've got about an acre behind the warehouse. I keep my target and bow case in the corner of my office. Pretty convenient

We've got 42 for a low on Sunday night. Hoping this colder weather sticks around for the segment A hunt at the H the first week of November.

At my age I'm starting to do the same. I have to get proactive again and start working out. I'm gonna be hunting close to water this season so I dont have to drag anything.
