How much does a lock smith charge to open it? If you could save the safe it might be worth more than the contents.

I would try anything but destroying the safe. I would definitely stop before throwing grinder sparks in.

You need to look online and find the pattern for the combo the company used then you can absolutely crack it with a stethoscope. My son did it for an old safe we got from a surplus sale. You can hear the pins and make note of where they are when it opens. Then if you know the pattern for the combo you could reuse it.
Locksmith would be my first call though.
Good luck, in as well.

Besides defending your life, this is the only other acceptable time to fire off a mag of .45’s in the house.

HKS speed loader and a box of .38 shells.

Bet there is at least a S&W revolver sitting in there.

Is it embedded in a concrete slab or in a pier and beam wood floor?

Safe was already screwed before I started. The dial has been broken off so no chance of saving it. I will call a locksmith tomorrow. Hopefully he can still get in with it being broken. If not I will keep drilling and cutting. Going to start breaking the concrete.

Fill it up with water and break out the torch.

This is gonna be great!
