The COOP had them too but they sold out. They had the white can koozie ones. Hopefully I can grab one at the Disch today.

Big day planned. Breakfast at Ciscoís. Then March of Dimes walk in honor of my college roommates twins, then Texas Baseball, the Spring Football Game, then Ludicrous show. Going to be a great day in the ATX!

It is difficult for me to tell much from a spring game but I thought that there was noticeable improvement in both offensive and defensive lines. Mond and Calzada were impressing at quarterback and glad to see that Mond is getting the ball out a little quicker. Overall, I thought the most improvement was made in the secondary and the area of biggest concern is the linebacking corp.
Yes, the Aggies do have a football coach.
Adios,
Gary

LHN is greatness. The D dominated the football game. Hopefully a sign of things to come. That was without Sterns playing...but Collin Johnson didn't either.

I have no clue. I was talking the whole time and can't remember a single play. I do know it was freezing cold (was in shorts and a polo), so we left at halftime and went to get a burger at Hut's downtown.

As I stated, the D looked great. O not so much. The 2nd team O looked better but they weren't going against the 1 D. Sam and the 1 O didn't do very well.

The Oline and Dline appear to be well established. Thanks for Roach, Charlie Strong. Iíll gamble he takes Defensive Lineman of the year for the Big 12.

If Kirk Johnson can stay healthy, Herman has a stable of 4 ruining backs that can do damage.

Typical Spring game, didnít show much and zero deep balls. I did enjoy seeing Overshown seek out and hit Casey Thompson in his protected jersey.

Looks like the LSU AD Joe Alleva will be let go today or tomorrow and LSU will be making a strong push to bring Woodward home from A&M.

Apparently woodward and sharp got sideways recently. But I think for him to come home he wants a little more than just the AD title. But we will see.

Also, I think anyone could look like a good AD at A&M with the booster money he had backing him in getting Jimbo and Buzz.

Scenario: LSU has a mediocre season coming into their game with the Aggies. Aggies and Jimbo beat the hell out of them. Orgeron gets fired. Who would Woodard's first call be to? His buddy that conspicuously has no buy out clause in the contract that Woodward just negotiated?

I highly doubt a coach following an AD. And Orgeron I think gets a little longer leash. However if they have a bad season with the way it looks like it should go on paper maybe not.

First one I think he brings home is Kim Mulkey. Not LSU alumni but her son is and she is from Louisiana.

So...

1) We hire Chavis away
2) We almost hire Aranda away, which forces LSU to pay him big time
3) 0-6 vs them then a 74-72 OT thriller
4)They steal Woodward from us

Screw it letís be rivals then, but I personally enjoy Cajun cuisine far too much to really hate you, but **** you corn dogs!!!
