Default Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Mix one pkg Ranch dressing mix with one small bottle of Buffalo sauce. Pour half into crock pot. Place 4 frozen chicken breast in crock pot. Pour the rest of sauce over the chicken. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours on high or on low for 5 hours. Remove chicken and shred, put into a bowl. Then add sauce to make moist. All of the sauce is too much. Serve chicken on buns or on lettuce wraps with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Sorry, no pics, I'm on vacation.

Holy Cow Nan! Decided to do it tonight! Wife and I give it two thumbs up for an easy low carb meal!

Watching my girlish figure so we went with lettuce wraps. This is before we added a little light ranch..

I used the Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce and glaze. My choices were slim but dang they were good!

My wife has been making this for awhile now, one of my favorites! She always uses Frank's wing sauce. We normally make soft tacos with it.

Sweet baby Rays wing sauce is good. The BBQ sauce is not. IMO.

I just used a 16oz bottle golf the SBR buffalo wing sauce but Iíve slept since then. They only had the one choice in it. I might have bought two. That being said it wonít go to waste if you bought one extra.

Chicken will take longer to cook down to shred if it is frozen. Your choice. Mine was not frozen.
