Hello I am planning on travelling to Canada and my ESTA got denied do i have to declare this on the question Question 1: Have you ever been refused a visa or study or work permit, denied entry or

ordered to leave Canada or any other country? I have not been denied entry to the US but my ESTA got denied.

Since it’s Canada I would lie. If they bust you they will just apologize for putting you in a position where you had to lie and then ask you to smuggle some cheap tires and liquor across the border for them.

Hi there!
I am not an expert, but it happens you get ESTA Denied. Here are the main reasons:

•On a previous visit, you came as a visitor, but engaged in unauthorized work.

•You were previously denied entry or a visa to the U.S. (See "Answers others found helpful" below).

•You answered incorrectly to another VWP eligibility question. (See "Answers others found helpful" below), or

•You are using a passport number for a passport that you previously reported lost or stolen (but later found).

Do you mean eTA? ESTA is for entry into the US.
