Chili Competition Winner

I won a chili cook off at work for the second year in a row, figured I’d share the recipe.

-2lb beef chuck
-1 white onion and 8 jalapeños smoked for 8 hours
-Ragin Blaze chili seasoning
-Ranch style beans, large can
-Tomato paste
-Diced tomatoes with green chili.

That’s it. Just let the ragin blaze and smoked onion and jalapeños do its thing.

Heck yeah man, ragin blaze is no joke. If it wasn’t simple I couldn’t do it. If I didn’t have a crockpot I’d have died of starvation years ago.
