Default My new Lab from Tomkat70

Picked up my new lab pup from Tomkat70 this week. I thought I would share some pics of the first few days. She seems very smart so far and is getting the potty training very quickly, this morning she actually whined at my office door to get out in the yard. I bought a million toys for her but she prefers an old antler I had on the shelf. Not sure of the name yet but I am leaning towards Wren, let me know what you think. Thanks Randy (TomKat70), I think she is going to be a great dog !

Awesome looking pup. Had to put mine down last October. Just not ready for another yet but this makes it tempting.

My daughter, Rynn (pronounced the same as Wren) says that is a cute puppy and she likes the name Wren. She’s 5, lol.

Beautiful pup! Careful sitting with her between your legs like that. I did that with my lab when he was a pup. At 100lbs now it's a little more difficult...but he does his best

I picked "Maggie" up Dec. 16, 20... This is Wren's older sister... We headed straight to the deer camp... She's a natural... It got cold that weekend!! Stuck her in my coat... kept us both warm!!

Ever since the first day, she's ridden in the floorboard of the front seat...

She was quiet as a church mouse in the deer stand that first weekend...

I know what you mean, the dog in my profile pic is Maddie, we had to put her down 2 years ago. It took me a while as well.

Thanks, I think Wren is going to stick, not sure how I came up with that name but I do like it. Although, she may think her name is "No" for a while. An entire stack of toys and she tries to chew on my feet, nothing like those sharp puppy teeth

Beautiful pup. I have always preferred a two-syllable name. Easier for them to distinguish commands from their name.

I’m very picky when it comes to how my labs look and let me tell you, she is beautiful. I hope you keep us updated on how she turns out.

I stay away from his house when they have puppies. Unsure if me or my 5 year old daughter has a stronger want for a lab pup

Great looking dogs fellas! You’ll be very happy
