Just got our gas bill and it has more than doubled! My usage was the same however. They sent us a letter saying raw natural gas prices have greatly increased. What is going on in the Natural gas world?

When you cut supply by banning drilling on public land and off shore, you cause a supply issue. It won't get better until and if the current morons in charge are removed.

this is the problem. Heck most pumps are only running at 50% or less. they have plenty of it.

NG pricing is really a little odd right now. The balance between industrial consumers, power gen, LNG and retail consumers is creating new pricing mechanisms and that combined with COVID has made many producers wary of oversupplying the market. LNG seems to have provided a new price floor and should help to stabilize some of the market going forward....wait and see.
