Tomato worm is what we call them. Maybe some kind of horned worm.
If you see them, just pull them off and stomp them.

Hornworm, I’m sure 7 dust will kill them

I sprayed it with sevin liguid , knocked it off the plant, and stabbed with a metal spike. I have 2-3 on each plant. Hard to find.

Check often, and get them quick. They do lots of damage in a very short time...

They will eat pepper plant leaves too. As well as others. Kill it. Or it could cripple or kill your plants. That's a fairly big one. And can nearly strip a good 2-3 foot plant in a day's time.

You didn’t shoot it and burn it ?

Stan, get you a black light flashlight and go out at night. They glow brightly under a black light. Can’t miss em‼️
FYI squash bugs (stink bugs) do to on their underside.

My great grandfather and grandmother called those tomato worms. I think they turn into some nice looking butterflies, if a gardener does not find them. I was taught to squash everyone you find.

I call em tomato worm, they are harmless but will devour the plant. Easy to find them, follow the poop trail. When you find the green turds the caterpillar will be close by.
