Greatness and the satisfaction of knowing you guys didn't yourself. I hope you took a lot of pictures and your kids will remember playing on them as you were building it. I did a small raised flower bed and I know how much work goes into that. Great job you got some skills!

Looks good. I need to do the same thing around our pool. How are you going to run the rest of your steps to that corner or are you going to turn it a little and end against the sidewalk? I built a 5 stair wall on our patio about 15 years ago so I know it's lots of work but the reward is worth it.

This wall looks really good. Really good. I see some small ones around time sometimes and always comment on how bad they look and they are much smaller. This is excellent. Be proud of this work for sure.

J.B. Hoffman Homes, Inc. He's out of the Smithville/Bastrop area. Quality experience.

Thank you. The plan is to turn it toward the sidewalk. Although I'm not in a hurry, I plan to either use some flagstone or the Pavestone Cap rock that they produce to cap the steps. Each block is 12" deep but I made the steps with ~15" tread depth so I'll need to do something. As you can imagine, a new home & shop on raw acreage comes with a multitude of projects. I've got this one at a stopping point. Now its time to move onto the next one.
