    Whats for supper?

    I made these filet of Red Snapper last week on a bed of brown rice, I'd like to make it again tonight but what other sides do you recommend that go with this?

    Scrap the rice and add ketchup n tartar sauce with a dash of Tabasco!



    Seriously, that looks dang good just like it is... You might add a cream sauce with lump crab meat and capers... Love that on any broiled/grilled/baked fish.

          Need to look at those sauces you all mentioned but I have no idea what ponchatrain sauce is?

            Just hang out... maybe Cajun Blake will chime in! If not, PM him and get his recipes... He's the Master of Cajun seafood recipes!
            The cream sauce is a heavy cream based sauce (Bearnaise style) and the Pontchartrain sauce is more of a tomato/mushroom sauce (red sauce). Both are good and probably my two favorites!


            Just do an internet search for either and you'll get many good recipe recommendations!

                            Couple of ribeyes from a steer we just picked up from the butcher. We had him on creep feed for a while, nice and marbled!
