    Same deer?

    These game cam pics (although from 10 years ago) are an hour and a half apart and sequential. I’ve always wondered if they are of the same deer. Could a deer have removed its velvet between pics. What do you think?

    Could be same. Kinda looks like starting to peel at tips in first pic.
    Dont take them long to strip the velvet when it’s ready.

          Looks like one is in velvet and the other isn’t.

          I didn’t read all of the post. The horns in the second pic are really clean looking for an hour and a half. And I agree with the tine length argument too

              I dont think so. I think the rack looks different, and there is no way he cleaned em off that well and got all the blood off in an hour and a half.

                Yep g3s longer on second deer and his crab claw is on opposite antler. Different deer.
