I don’t think They make 1911s anymore. They are now called Staccato and only make 2011s. Maybe Chris can clear that up if I’m wrong.

Pretty sure this. But, their smaller 2011s conceal well

For the money, its hard to beat the Springfield TRP Operator.

It all depends on your price range and carry purpose. You can get into a 1911 for $500 all the way up to a $6k plus full custom SVI.

I always wanted a colt defender for some reason so my wife got me it for my wedding present. Got one, shot a few boxes through it then put it in the safe and never carry it. Shoots awesome for a little gun but I should have got something different.

Ruger it is built on the 70 series. It may just be mine but it is tight and will out shoot my National Match.
