Daily work journal /action item list

Quick question;

What App or Program are you guys using to capture daily action items / activities instead of using traditional note pad?

I am wanting to become more efficient in reviewing and tracking my daily action items instead of flipping through my daily journal....

I like using notepad or a friend uses sticky pads for individual items, so that it forces us to focus on a singular item instead of another potential distraction. Otherwise if you're talking office environment, theres the new features in Cortana that interacts with outlook that's pretty useful, and theres apps like google task.

If you have Office 365 there is an app called To Do. Or you can also use Teams if you are set up on that.
