If they can ban simple stuff. They will go after ammo and hunting licenses.

Misread that as methanol, to which I'd have an opinion. Menthol, don't really care, but does seem like egregious overreach which we should all be accustomed to at this point.

Had a very close friend who smoked KOOLS for ever until his death. Yes he had cancer,
died from it. Sometimes in South East Asia serving our country that was all you could get. IMOP ban it.

Why do we need more government over reach telling us what we can and cannot do as adults? Educate them? Sure! Tell everyone how bad things are, but in the end it boils down to free will to make our own decisions.

I mean I agree with you, but we're pretty much paying for the health care of a lot of the menthol smokers so there's some benefit to it.

The simpler solution would be to quit paying for all the leeches in society. Smoke, no health insurance, get sick, tough. Then we could do whatever we wanted without big brother butting in. That'd require personal responsibility though. Can't have that, so let's ban yet another thing....
