The fact that this happened isn't even what bothers me. The fact that they just left you hanging after all the money you spent on their product and now can't even address the reviews is what I find crazy.

I see your in the setx area but not sure where you're building but you might try metal depot in Orange. Know multiple people that have had great dealings with them.
