Amazon to start using drones in College Station

    There is mention of being climate friendly, so I assume they are electric.
    Are they building a huge climate friendly solar field down there, or where is all their electricity coming from to run these climate friendly machines?
    I would imagine a drone the size of the one in the video, working 12hrs(?) a day, uses more electricity in a day than the average electric car.
    Obviously battery life isn't there, so you would need multiple drones to operate 12 hrs a day.
    It's Bezos afterall so I'm sure they have looked at it from all angles.
    Spend untold millions, eliminate jobs, and make more money than ever, I'm all for it .
    The dumb kids we're discussing in the other thread sure ain't gonna like it.

            I'm pretty slow danger...... sorry. I get it now. I've yet to hear about anyone receiving an Amazon delivery by drone.
