                      Make sure to pull it ten to fifteen degrees short of where you want it to finish. I have cooked thousands of pound of prime rib. This cut holds heat and continues to self cook. You will love it if yu do not over cook it.

                        Thanks for the info was wondering if it does the same as a brisket Was gonna let it to till 130 then pull it just don't want it to rare or the kidos won't eat it but don't want a piece of boot leather either

                                I was thinking that as well. My kids get the all beef hotdogs. Wholesale a rib loin runs me 80-120 dollars.
