Plan on getting a nice 4 horned ram later this month. Any ways to eat this thing? I have been able to donate my other rams but would keep one if it was worth it. I'm going to do a euro mount with it but is there anything I can do with the nice wool??

Season it like you would a nice steak, but use double the seasoning.
Grill it for 3.5 minutes per side, on a cedar plank.
Throw away the meat and eat the plank!
