I love the whole no-knead concept; been making bread this way for several years now. Bakery chef Jim Lahey authored a cookbook several years ago that ignited this trend. Highly recommend searching him online as he has developed a no-knead method for several types of bread. As for me, I’m going to try a no-knead brioche this weekend
