    Welding Machine Input:

Looking to get a new set up for the shop (work). We are not a fab heavy facility but we are doing more and more stuff every day and I'm getting tired of hauling stuff back and forth to the house to weld or paying out the butt to our vendors. 95% of our stuff is all TIG work (stainless and aluminum) but we are doing more and more steel and the procedures I have put together are all dual shield FCAW. I also would like the ability to run 6010 rods when needed (not often).

I have been looking at the Everlast Lighting MTS 275 set up and have read some good reviews. Anyone out there have any personal experiences with this machine....or recommendations for another multi-process AC/DC machine?

I cant vouch for that model but I can vouch for everlast welders! I weld for a living running miller dynasty tig machines. My personal machine at home is an Everlast tig welder and it does everything I want and then some. 5 years old and never one issue.

Have you looked into the AHP AlphaTig?
