Montana/ Wyoming Elk Hunts

Looking for some recommendations on outfitters for archery elk this fall in Montana or Wyoming. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Bighorn Outfitters in Wyoming. Good group of guys and very successful outfit.

Did you draw a tag? Wyoming is draw only for NR and not much left in the leftover draw.

You could take a look at Bullseye Outfitters in Montana. I hunted twice with Glenn Smith of 5S Outfitters out of Trout Creek, MT twice and took a bull each time with a bow.

His son Jeff and Ben Mummert started Bullseye Outfitters but I think Jeff left and just Ben runs it now. Ben used to guide for Glenn Smith. Good luck.

You are very late looking to book a hunt for this fall. You might look for a cancellation hunt at this point.

Is Montana a draw state as well?
You may have to look at Colorado OTC for elk this fall or a Ranching for Wildlife guided hunt. Landowner tag may be out there but pricey.

Thanks for the responses. Yea, I know it’s late. Didn’t draw the tags we put in for and had a couple of other things fall through.
