Maybe it's just their diet in the area I hunt, but ringnecks are one of the better eating ducks I've killed. I think they're very underrated.

Ringnecks eat just fine, I pass on shooting dosgris(scaup) unless I need a couple for dog training. I only see one dosgris in that pic.
