I remember in college, San Marcos had the worst cricket invasion. They died in the walls all over the quad. It stunk for months

We had them real bad years ago, there would be so many under the street lights making a stop at the corner could be iffy on the cricket slicks, that was back in the 70's so y'all keep them down there.

I tried that with crickets and June bugs and their bodies dried out...all the guts and juice was gone 4 months later when I tried to use them. Wonder what I did wrong?
