Guard Dog Gun safe info needed

I have a buddy that died in July. His wife is ready to sell his gun safe and is looking for a $ amount. Bought Jan 2020. It looks like it holds 26 guns. It also has the auto light that comes on when you stick your arm in the the safe...maybe called Autolite?

Looks like 30 min. rated is $400 and 1 hour rated is $700 new. Likely take off at least 25% of new price even though just over a year old.

Thanks for the info. Is there a label that tells the fire rating?
