Went out in the pasture and test fired a new AR pistol I just built. I got back in and the wife is in a tizzy saying Facebook was blowing up on our neighborhood page wondering where the shots came from and people were calling the law. I looked at her and said I don’t care. I think that got her more riled up.

One lady posted that there was 8 or 10 shots fired. Told the wife that woman can’t even count that was 20 shots.

got one of those for my neighboorhood as well. there is a Hindu Church in the neighborhood that is always hosting festivals and such and they ALWAYS have fireworks. everytime one of those festivals get rolling and the fireworks popping people act like we live in Bhagdad. The people on that group are convinced there is a gang war running rampant through our neighborhood. i feel terrible for the officers that have to respond to these "active shooter" calls only to find out its a church hosting an event.

surprisingly enough its the same 6 or 7 people everytime. i swear people are the DUMBEST creatures to ever walk this earth!

My neighborhood here in Boerne is the exact same way. It’s quite comical reading some of the dumbasss posts that go on there.

There is a gun range about a 1.5 miles from our neighborhood.
And kemah boardwalk does fireworks every weekend at 9:30.
So you never really know if a gun goes off around here.
I got a call for a roof leak a couple days ago.
Sure enough 9mm stuck in a joist.
Looks like somebody from the other side of 146 shot at about a 30/45 degree angle, from the age of the hole I would say it was New year's
