I suggest you go the natural route. Crush a bit of carbon and use one of the ten fingers to vigorously rub your teeth and gums with it….

I’m assuming you know how to brush properly, if that is the case the toothbrush is irrelevant. Spending an appropriate amount of time brushing without the pressure to make the gums bleed is important.

Toothpaste is kinda irrelevant too as long as its ADA certified.

              Learn to floss PROPERLY!

Listerine mouthwash is one of the most important things you can do, and ONLY listerine !

Not eating and only drinking water after your bedtime brushing is THE most important thing you can do !

A quick brush after meals without toothpaste just to get the crap out of your teeth helps.

A dental cleaning every six months or even 3 months is imperative!

If you have implants mouthwash after oral sex is a MUST.

If you do this you will never have another dental problem

Get an Oral B electric and you will never go back to a regular toothbrush. I went from having to go in and get my teeth scraped every three months because of periodontal disease to having the dental hygienist say that my gums are extremely tight. No more receding gums either. Your mouth will thank you. You will also use about a third of the toothpaste that you use with a standard brush.
