Having a slooow morning in south Texas. Heard one gobble about a mile away this am. Tons of birds on this place. I'll keep searching. Should get better around mid-day.

JFT Turkey Tour 2021
Didn’t hear a single gobble while they were on the roost, bout 7:45a had 2 longbeards come into the dekes and put on a great show. Buddy and I doubled up on a couple beautiful Atascosa county longbeards!Last edited by MASTERS; 03-20-2021, 10:37 AM.Comment

Ours gobbled ok on the roost but were on fire after fly down.

Im in Atascosa as well today, birds were going off on the roost and right after fly down, been silent since and ain’t seen a bird. Hoping one just happens to stumble by sometime in the next few hours.Originally posted by MASTERS View PostComment
