Looks great. If you get time, can you provide more details on your smokehouse. I've been researching but everything on youtube seems to involve cinder blocks and a bunch of other stuff. I need something quick and easy.

You can build one out of 2 sheets of plywood in about 20 minutes.
        4x4......4 ft high
Set the box over a small trench
Set a sheet of tin over the trench
        Fire on one end
I just got back from the lease, smoking sausage Saturday
I’ll text you pics if you want

Mine is just 8x8 built with woods and tin. I’ve had several and this one works great. When the fire goes out tomorrow sometime I’ll shoot you some pics. It’s pretty simple. Dig a hole in middle of it to build fire and cover it with a grate and old harrow discs.

Looks great. I keep trying to figure out how to work a smoke house into my back yard.

I would think cinder blocks would be used when not cold smoking. Check out Smarts soke house in the DIY. Simple, easy and works great.

I almost used this weekend to make my sausage. Going to be a good time to do it, just worn out from work the late 3 weeks.

I'm all in with this thread.
This is something I've been wanting to do, but never pulled the trigger on.
Y'all are getting me motivated; 20201 might be the year.
