Not sure if any peacock bass fisheries are near you but they are a blast. Especially if full moon and spawning.

I don’t know any guides but the Kissimmee chain of lakes are good fishing close by. If your willing to drive a few hours I would recommend the stick marsh it’s really good bass fishing.
