Quit while you're ahead lmao.
I've dealt with them more than once, and once you do get ahold of someone, they will have no clue what you're talking about, and will transfer you to someone else who is just as clueless, resulting in you being transferred again to another clueless individual....
This was on the commercial side of things but I don't suspect it's any different on the residential side.
